CARE Program
The Career and Academic Readiness Program (CARE Program) helps people become more self-sufficient by transitioning from a place of dependence to independence. Our CARE Program Advisors (CPA) play a motivational and supportive role connecting people with appropriate resources while also being an advocate of social justice. CARE Program clients receive intensive case management through a holistic process where CARE Program Advisors will evaluate resources and supports to help clients navigate their situation to reach self-sufficiency. At Project BRAVO, the CARE Program is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, and monitors a client’s case in order for them to achieve their goals and ultimately transition out of poverty. CARE Program Advisors will evaluate each case according to the household’s needs by using the ROMA cycle.
