Project BRAVO is soliciting Qualified Vendors (hereafter QV) for the Cool Roof Program. The Cool Roof Program is available thanks to a one-time grant funded by the City of El Paso. The program's purpose is to reduce energy consumption for approximately 45 homes. The participating homes will have their roofs repaired and replaced with asphalt shingles that are certified by the Cool Roof Rating Council per guidelines provided in Section A. The program will end no later than July 31, 2027.
