          *    Energy program assisting with paying the electric or gas bill.
          *    Take applications to weatherize the homes through our weatherization   
                program (W.A.P.)
          *    Take applications to replace your refrigerator through our W.A.P. Department.
          *    Take applications to replace air conditioner heating or and heating systems
                through our heating and cooling program.
          *    Make direct referrals to our employment office coordinators for possible job
               placement.    
          *    Make direct referrals to our P.A.P. Department to process assistance on free
               medicines on patients.
          *    At the building we have the Paso Del Norte Academy for students to get their
               High School Diploma.
