At the Southside office, we provide assistance to community members whohave difficulty paying their utility bills, provide assistance and follow-up services to help families become economically and energy self-sufficient. provide information and referrals services to those that do not qualify with Project Bravo's services and need additional resources, provide a meeting place for Neighborhood Improvement Associations (NIA's), provide citizenship classes, and assist with food stamp applications
Families qualify based on federal income guidelines. Services are provided to low income residents of El Paso County.
MISSION: THE SOUTHSIDE SATELLITE OFFICE PROVIDES THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS SO THAT WE CAN TOUCH LIVES AND NOT SIMPLY ADDRESS IMMEDIATE NEEDS.
