Community Assessment RFP

Question #1.   The RFP calls for a detailed response, but is limited to five (5) pages. Are points deducted for responses that are longer than five pages? If no, what is the maximum number of pages?

Answer: The narrative should remain under 5 pages.  Additional pages  with resumes, examples of work performed, etc. may be attached and exceed the five (5) pages.

Question #2.   Can you provide the total population in your client-base? We are uncertain the approximate number of surveys that would be analyzed.

Answer: We have six (6) community service centers where most of our intakes occur; four additional programs: weatherization; housing counseling; Patient assistance; employment; and adult education.

For the purposes of the needs assessment, project 30 surveys for each center; 30 for Weatherization; 30 for housing counseling; 20 for Patient assistance; 20 for Employment; and 30 for Adult Ed.
