We have a wide array of programs for the community in the area of accommodation assistance, home improvement, and energy planning.

Housing Counseling: Provides advice and assistance to clients at risk of rental delinquency or mortgage default, Other services provided include: housing consumer education and pre-purchase counseling. No income guidelines apply.

Affordable Housing: Project Bravo owns and manages six apartment complexes (36 units) that are rented to low-income families. These apartments were built with Home funds from the City of El Paso.

Paint-A-Thon: Each year in September, Project Bravo organizes a massive volunteer effort to paint the exterior of homes owned by low-income elderly and persons with disabilities. The goal of the Paint-a-thon is to stop deterioration of homes, to improve neighborhoods. If you are interested please contact Project BRAVO's Community Services Department.
