Housing Services and Development Manager
- Experience in housing development, financial, mortgage, or loans/housing counseling.
- Property management experience.
- Must be familiar with housing counseling and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Weatherization Techs
- HVAC Certification, preferred.
- Familiar with hand and power tools; and has a desire to learn weatherization techniques.
- HS diploma or equivalent. Up to three months experience in weatherization or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
ARRA CSBG Program Manager
- Monitors financial and programmatic aspects of programs by establishing criteria for contract compliance for grants and subcontracts; prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports and makes recommendations.
- Assists with the development and implementation of program monitoring, performance measures and evaluation tools. Associates and experience in related field, non-profit, preferred.
ARRA Weatherization Program Coordinator
- HVAC Certification, preferred
- Plans and organizes the start up of the Weatherization Program funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)
- Associates in similar field, plus 5+ yrs. experience in supervisory position
