Project Bravo Employment Department conducts orientations on a weekly basis to introduce clients to the El Paso Job Market and Community support services. The Employment Department collaborates with several local businesses in the El Paso County which cooperate by giving the referred clients an interview opportunity for potential employment in different fields such as clerical, medical and educational, janitorial and even mechanical. Most of the collaborating businesses are willing to train if the aspirants become employed.

Individual assistance is also provided to help clients become “Job Ready”. These services include but are not limited to: resume building, online job search, and introduction to computer and internet. Typing exams are also offered to identify the typing speed of the individuals who are applying for clerical work but are unaware of their speed and accuracy. Also the department has a computer which is available for the public’s employment purposes.

Employer

Dear Employers, Although we are a referral employment department, it is non-profit and at no cost to you. Project Bravo has been part of this community for over 44 years and as such is committed and dedicated to assist not only individuals but businesses such as yours to improve El Paso’s economy as a whole. We ask that you assist us in this worthy cause by informing us of available employment opportunities within your organization and accept our clients being referred to your Human Resources department as an opportunity to them to compete for possible employment.
