Since its inception in 1965, Project BRAVO's Adult Basic Education (ABE) has been the strong and dedicated arm in the agency's War Against Poverty. Project BRAVO is presently funded by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). This funding is directed towards assissting EL Paso County's low-income residents better their economic situation.
The ABE Program's classes prepare all students enrolled to continue their education and/or better their employability.
